A strength-based approach to discovering what makes you unique and to creating change in your life.
People with ADHD often don't recognize their strengths, frequently defining themselves by the struggle of living with ADHD. According to expert, Dr. Ned Hallowell, along with a diagnosis, it is vital to discover your strengths and talents. As ADHD is a lifespan disorder we want to know and leverage our strengths against the challenges of living with ADHD. As Hallowell says, "If there is one rule for dealing with your ADHD, it is knowing what you are good at and doing it!"

Discover the answers to these questions in a small, safe, ADHD-friendly setting, where people "get it". The class size is limited to the first eight registrants, so as to give each person individual attention and allow for individual coaching within the group.

You will:
- Create a mission statement for your life.
- Discover what makes you unique.
- Gain knowledge of your strengths and skills.
- Experience personal coaching at least once during the class.
- Be encouraged by the stories of others who have created change in their lives.
- Learn to set, make, and clarify goals.
- Gain confidence and self-awareness.
- Experience hands-on support in an ADHD friendly setting.
- Share the journey in community with other ADHD adults.
- Gain a sense of direction and purpose for your life.
The Strength Builder Class:
- Seven weeks long for a total of 14 hours.
- Includes a copy of "The Path", by Life Coach Laura Beth Jones
- Participants are required to order "Strengthfinder 2.0", by Tom Rath.
