Meet Cheryl

Diagnosed with ADHD in 2007, Cheryl became a Certified ADHD Life Coach and founded ADD Joy of Life Coaching, LLC, a strength-based company, dedicated to empowering young people and adults with ADHD, unleashing potential through daily customized support. Cheryl works with clients one-on-one: in person, by phone or Zoom, creating daily success by leveraging a client's unique strengths and brain wiring.

  • Sung professionally throughout Europe & New York Metropolitan Area in recital, oratorio and opera​

Industry Experience

Led and research assistant for 7-week skills class for adults with ADHD based on the research study, "The Efficacy of Coaching Adults with ADHD.

Certified Parent2Parent Teacher through CHADD (Children and Adults ADHD Advocacy Organization), Cheryl has led the outstanding seven-week CHADD Parent2Parent course. 

Contributing author to the ADHD Awareness book series: More Ways to Experience Success with ADHD and Inspirational Stories of Success with ADHD - both on the Amazon best-seller list. 

Cheryl started and facilitated the Allen County CHADD Satellite Support Group - a monthly adult ADHD support group.
