A vision board is a motivational tool that helps you to see your goals. It is a fun and creative way to set intentions for the new year!
How Does it Work?Â
A dream board, or vision board, is a poster size collage of images, prints, quotes, photographs, drawings, graphics or affirmations that resonate with you. You don’t have to know why they do, just that they do. It helps you to see what matters to you and can be a tremendous springboard in both identifying and moving toward your goals!
Do You Have to be Artistic to Make a Vision Board?
You don’t have to be artistic! Simply place any visuals that hold meaning for you (for example from a magazine) on a poster board. Keep it front and center where you can see it. This will help to externalize what matters most.
